Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, we will make it right.

Exchanges

Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any shipping fees paid at checkout will not be refunded unless the return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped item.
European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and returned in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.
For returns made under the EU 14-day cooling-off period:
